Clear Cell Sarcoma with Hematoma of the Lower Leg 1 Case Report

Abstract
Clear cell sarcoma is a rare tumor of the soft tissue. Its prevalence ranges between 0.5% and 1% of all malignancies of the musculoskeletal system.
The deep location of the tumor and its close relation to tendons differentiate this lesion from conventional melanoma. Although clear cell sarcoma can occur in any age group. it mainly affects patients in the third and fourth decade of life. and it occurs more often in women than in men.
The have reported a case of clear cell sarcoma with hemorrhage of the lower leg in old female, studied with ultrasonography and MR. Our discussion describes the radiologic findings of the clear cell sarcoma and review of the radiological literature.
